This is by no means an exhausting list of questions that should be asked, rather, the most important ones that we find ourselves exploring when advising couples and screening vendors. It is important to understand cost structures, back up plans, and timing plans as you map out the day’s events. Seasoned vendors should have visual representations, references, and clear communication on not only their businesses but working style as well.  Remember, an event planner from our team would be more than happy to sift through your local choices for you, prior to initial meetings, to determine whether a particular vendor matches your style, budget, and event needs.
